Character options

Context: ok, so I havent reviewed a figure or figure set before, despite being an avid charater options (CO) collector…on and off anyway and I am defo going through an obessive period right now. More on that on other reviews of CO new releases, maybe I will do some old ones as well as I slowly collect them….all?!? Dear lord. Anyway, this is the second Vortex edition set from CO and its a doozy!

THE REVIEW

What I thought: wow. This is a brilliant set, a coatless 14th Doc (not my most fav incarnation but still great to have a variation of this incarnation) and the highlight, a whole new figure, the Meep! And not only that, with two heads and many many hands he can be made to look bad, good as you see fit. The sculpts are brilliant, the Meep in particular is very screen accurate, very pose-able and overall a fantastic addition to the collection. I know that folks are having a whine about the price and people always want more, however considering the state of Dr Who at the moment the fact we are getting new, brand new!, figures absolutley blows my mind. This silly little plastic things give me so so much pleasure. Buy loads!

• What on earth might CO do next? Does this mean new sculpts are possible for future vortex editions!?!?!?
